Toronto Program Registration
Registration for the Snowhawks Raven 2008-9 season may be completed either by online registration or by downloading the registration form and mailing it into the office.
If registering by downloading the PDF document, be sure to print the form in landscape format, review the Payment and Refund Policy and
submit by mail with your deposit to the Toronto office. Alternately,
you may contact
us to receive a colour brochure and registration form
by mail.
